This wine opens with ripe peach, pear and apple aromas, and a hint of blossom, which carry through to the palate. The orchard fruits nestle on a soft and lively palate, with a medium body and pleasing, rounded texture. The finish is clean and fresh, with a touch of wild honey.
Enjoy this wine on its own, or with a summer platter of charcuterie and cheeses. Alternatively, serve with a garlic and herb roasted chicken, and baby potatoes. This wine will also be wonderful served with light fruit desserts such as poached pear with vanilla cream.

The grapes harvested for this wine were crushed and gently bag pressed off to achieve fresh, elegant juice. The juice was clarified and fermented with, in stainless steel, using selected aromatic yeasts. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, with selected aromatic yeasts, with temperature control. No malolactic fermentation or oak were used in the winemaking, as pure expression of ripe fruit was the desired style, and only the most varietal and fragrant wines were selected for the final blend.
